Marinated in a flavorful mixture, the chicken pieces are fried to golden perfection and often served with a side of pickled radishes. Ingredients
1 kg chicken wings or drumsticks
1 cup potato starch
Oil for frying
2 tablespoons gochujang
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Sesame seeds for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate Chicken:
Marinate chicken pieces with gochujang, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and sesame oil. Let it sit for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Coat Chicken:
Dredge marinated chicken pieces in potato starch, ensuring they are fully coated.
