Ingredients
400g sweet potato noodles
200g beef, thinly sliced
Spinach, carrots, onions, mushrooms (about 1 cup each)
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Cook Noodles:Â Boil sweet potato noodles according to package instructions, then rinse in cold water and drain.
Step 2
Prepare Vegetables: Sauté each type of vegetable separately with a bit of oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Step 3
Cook Meat: Sauté beef with a little oil until cooked through.

Mix Ingredients:Â In a large mixing bowl, combine noodles, vegetables, and beef.
