Ingredients
500g thinly sliced beef (rib-eye or sirloin)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1 small pear, grated (optional)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 green onions, chopped
Black pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate Beef:
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, grated pear, and black pepper.
Add beef slices and mix well to coat. Let marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.

Cook Beef:
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Add marinated beef and onions, cooking until the beef is fully cooked and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
