About the Recipe

Bulgogi, which means "fire meat" in Korean, is a beloved dish featuring thinly sliced beef marinated in a sweet and savory sauce. The marinated beef is grilled or stir-fried to perfection, resulting in tender, flavorful meat with a delicious glaze. Bulgogi is often served with rice and garnished with sesame seeds and green onions, making it a staple in Korean BBQ cuisine.
